Country Goodness are committed to ensuring you are completely thrilled with your new purchases. You have 14 days from the day you receive your items to notify us if you are not happy with your order.
Perishable and/or bespoke items are not returnable, unless faulty. Please see the guide below.
Don't destroy or throw away any product before you have spoken to us and agree that doing so won't affect any refund or replacement.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER OR RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
- Contact us to let us know (Under your Country Goodness account Select to view your orders, Locate the order on the list and click on contact before sending a message informing us of the issue and if you would like a refund or replacement item.)
- If item already received, package the item up and send it back to us within 14 days of completing step 1 above. We recommend you use a signed for delivery service with proof of postage. Please note you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
- As the sellers payment agent, we will process the refund directly to your payment card in no more than:
? ? ? ? ? ? -14 days after the day the returned product is received by us or
? ? ? ? ? ? -If earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product to us or
? ? ? ? ? ? -If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed us about your decision to cancel the order.
WHAT YOU CAN'T SEND BACK
Unfortunately some items are non-returnable and are only refundable if they are faulty.
- Perishable products such as: baked goods, cheese and meat.
- Anything that's made to your specific requirements, ie outside of the standard customized options offered to all customers.
That said we at Country Goodness are committed to making sure you are delighted with your purchase of any product. Therefore if you are not satisfied for any reason with a non-returnable product do still contact us using the steps above. In particular if the item has been damaged or you haven't received what you ordered.
NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER?
You will received email confirmation when your order is on its way. You can also check the status of your order in the order tab on the website after making an account. If your order was dispatched several days ago and you haven't received it, nor have you been left a missed delivery card, let us know by following the steps above. If the parcel cannot be located, a replacement will be sent ASAP.
